My friend tells me this is the best sweet corn in Taiwan, and I can believe it. You pick your cob then stand around whilst the vendor bastes it in some amazing paste of deliciousness (Google says soy, chili & garlic but it tasted almost meaty). Grill, scrape, repeat. You get the idea. The result is a charred, chewy revelation on a stick.
