Silken tofu, soft mung beans and chewy pearl barley, all floating around in sugar water/syrup (not too sweet) - it was raining so I chose to have mine hot. This chain sells desserts based on...you guessed it...mung beans and pearl barley. Which means you get to satisfy your sweet tooth, eat a classic dessert AND feel healthy all at the same time!
