Sausages (Thai and otherwise) are a ubiquitous street food in Bangkok. This one was made with pork, and glass noodles as filler, and lots of lemongrass. Served with raw cabbage (the classic partner for strong and spicy Thai street snacks) and chopped, raw ginger. The perfect accompaniment for sticky sausage straight off the brazier.
