Pho Bo (beef soup) is the traditional Vietnamese breakfast. It can be found all over the country and varies from region to region. You’re served the basic soup with meat and noodles, then add condiments, including lime, sprouts, cilantro, chilis and plum sauce. Pho Tai (rare steak) is recommended.
