Crispy onion bhajia - sliced onions battered, spiced and fried. It is a deep-fried fritter from South Asia, eaten in countries such as India and Pakistan. Finely sliced onion covered in a simple, fragrantly seasoned batter and crisped to perfection. This recipe requires gram flour, which is chickpea flour.
