Dal Makhani is one most liked Indian dal. The term Makhani means “buttery”, which keeps true to its name as it is made with whole lentils boiled, butter and cream and simmered on low heat for that distinct flavor. Along with urad sabut, kidney beans are typically added to this dal. Assorted slow-cooked lentils with butter and spices. Eat with naan.
