Digby, Nova Scotia is famous for its scallop fleet and its large, succulent sea scallops. Many scallops on menus around Nova Scotia are advertised as “Digby Scallops”. The Boardwalk Cafe in downtown Digby does an excellent rendition, straight from the source!
