This classic landmark spot in St. John’s, serving up nearby Trinidad-inspired food, is a must if you are in the capital even for an hour. During the day you get your choice of curries, but we stopped for dinner and went local with fresh conch roti. An interesting take on the dish, indeed, with big chunks of conch and potatoes.
