A nice little escape from the city of Granada, Laguna de Apoyo has a few thatched huts serving fresh fish, fried to perfection with great flavor. Topped with french fries, tomatoes and onions, the fish went well with a cold beer and the view of the lake. We preferred this local scene to the Monkey Hut down the road.
