We encountered a guy on Montego Bay's "Hip Strip" just walking around selling shrimp in a bag. It was head-on pink shrimp cooked with chile pepper, allspice, ginger, and garlic, and it was so good! Spicy, but not overly so. And you could eat the whole damn thing! We saw locals up and down the street eating this. The vendor told us the next day he'd have lobster, but alas, we were leaving town.
