Anafre, named for the clay pot in which it is served, is a Honduran fondue made of refried beans, fresh cheese or ‘quesillo’ and sometimes chorizo. It’s served over hot coals to keep it bubbly and delicious. Dig in with some fresh chips and wash it down with some cold beer!
