Also known as Trdelník, this is the most typical pastry found across Hungary, Slovakia and Czech Republic. In Prague, you'll find traditional-looking pastry shops making them from scratch in front of your eyes, and the smell is hard to resist! It's a simple sugary dough rolled and roasted, resembling a lighter version of a donut. Quite tasty!
