Black Pudding

Traditional UK black pudding is a cooked sausage made from pork fat, cereal or oatmeal, seasonings and blood, usually from pigs. This was served in a salad with duck confit and crispy pancetta and was enjoyed after spending the day exploring the free museum that is part of the University of Oxford.
