Cornish pasty

Submitted by lsr
Cornish Bakehouse
12 Oxford Street London, England

Although technically from Cornwall, Cornish pasties abound in London. Associated w/Cornish miners, who'd allegedly pack these for lunch, they are pastries filled with some variety of meats/vegs (chicken curry, beef and Stilton, spicy veg, cheese and mushroom, countless others!), then crimped shut and baked. Perfect little snacks on the go.
