Yorkshire Pudding

A Yorkshire Pudding, arguably the best thing to come out of God's Own Country. A concoction of flour, milk and egg producing a light fluffy interior which is encased by a crispy exterior. Best eaten with a Sunday Roast, smothered in thick gravy, or enjoyed as a dessert with treacle or syrup!
