These vanilla-flavoured cupcakes are filled with local berry jam (blueberry and blackberry jam), and are fashioned in Uekssarv (unicorn) and Merineitsi (mermaid) style. They embody the playful, artistic nature of the Estonians as well as their penchant for sweets and locally produced foods.
