No one has mastered the fine art of exquisite tasting desserts more than the French. The apricot pistachio pie is a prime example. The slice of pie was so pretty looking, I almost didn’t want to eat it. Nevertheless, I’m glad that I did. It was the right amount of sweetness but not overbearingly so.
