This was a very interesting combination for me. The baked egg floating in a gentle bath of light cream then adorned with a healthy (is it ever) tasting of foie gras (please don’t be mad). In any case, the blend of flavors and textures challenged my typical American and Mediterranean palate, but won it over instantaneously.
