Fougasse is the perfect mid-morning or mid-afternoon break! Either sweet or savoury, it can be found in every bakery in Provence. It's a traditional bread with added ingredients to it. The savoury versions are : gratelons (porc), roquefort, anchovies, green or black olives. The sweet version is an orange blossom-scented brioche. Yummy!
