Morbier and Comte cheeses are a specialty of the Jura region in France. The pictured versions were utterly delicious and came from La Cave de Comte in Arbois. These cheeses paired perfectly with another local specialty – vin de paille – a sweet wine translating literally to “straw wine” because the grapes were traditionally dried on straw beds.
