About the Author: Josh Elkes

Amazingly fresh sampling of two large prawns, oysters, periwinkles, whelks, and crevette grise (grey shrimp), large shrimp, and garlic butter. The crevette grise were especially interesting. These are eaten whole and were absolutely delicious. The local oysters were very interesting and had taste more similar to US West Coast, then briny East.
