Ham Hock with Potatoes and Sauerkraut

This local butcher prepares traditional German home style dishes! Doesn't get more impressive than a hunk of meat, taters and 'kraut, and a side of mustard. Only thing missing is a stein of beer (good thing it's a BYOB joint). The hock is prepared marvelously and the serving size will challenge the heartiest of appetites. Guten Apetit!
