Everyone who travels to Italy has a gelato story, a life-altering experience with Italy's most visible dessert. Well here's mine. Tucked away among Bologna's gothic architecture is a wonderful gelateria that uses locally sourced ingredients. We had cremino ludovico (hazelnut-caramel) and cremino guglielmo (coffee-mascarporne-choc). Bueno!
