About the Author: Umair Usman

I ate this gas-oven-cooked pizza napoli at a restaurant in Rome. Wonderfully made with the smallest amount of what looked like anchovies. Cheesy, with the proper marinara/tomato sauce and made in the oven in under two minutes. I loved it.
