Open-faced sandwiches abound in Oslo at lunch time. A common combination includes cold cuts, cucumbers and tomato on a buttered roll. However, it's worth seeking out local versions like lamb pastrami. For added flavor, add some pickled vegetables and horseradish...and try not to think about the fact that you are eating a $25 glorified sandwich!
