Moxama

Submitted by piggybackrideaz
Taberna do Lago
Porto, Portugal

Moxama (or muxama) is the seafood equivalent to prosciutto or serrano ham. This dried tuna is smoked and finely sliced, often served sprinkled with crushed nuts.
