Patates vertes (green potatoes) is a speciality dish at Pinotxo tapas bar. Sliced boiled potatoes are draped in a vibrant green sauce made from parsley, sunflower oil, garlic, onion and grated hard-boiled egg. This dish was so good I had to go back for round two later on in the day.
