Puffy Poffertjes

Submitted by carinachiodo
Street Vendor
Amsterdam, Netherlands

These fried Dutch dough balls are heavily doused in a heap of powdered sugar, and their aroma of hot batter can be smelled from about a half mile away. Found on street corners all over the Netherlands, don't EVER pass on a plate of poffertjes
