Inside the Pervane Medresesi, this cafe sits in an old, historic corner, dark and beautiful. The Turkish coffee preparation is first rate and done with skill, most likely passed on for hundreds of years. We sat in the courtyard, sipped our strong, vibrant coffee and chatted with friendly locals until the sun went down.
