I expected to find the best tacos al pastor of the trip in Mexico City, but these tacos in Atlixco (state of Puebla) were the clear winners. Served with grilled onions and pickled vegetables, my tacos featured tiny, delicate corn tortillas heaped with juicy pork that hit every flavor mark on the pastor scale of greatness.
