Falafel sandwich

I am an extremely picky falafel eater, and prefer the Israeli kind to most others. Still, among Israeli kinds, none stood out to me as much as the honest, juicy sandwich at Dair Yasin, an unnamed kosher joint. Palestinians come to eat here alongside Orthodox Jews - and to debate whether this is the best falafel in the world.
