Pescado de Roca is a main staple for Chileans. It is reminiscent of a nice, simple tilapia, so the possibilities are endless! This had a nice sticky, sweet glaze that balanced well with the salty, squid ink gnocchi and creamy sauce. When in a port city, definitely don’t miss on the freshly caught seafood.
