Ate this at a little trout farm/tourist stop which has a fun ride on a tarabita (cable car) as one of its attractions. The trout is absolutely spectacular. Served fried or grilled (I recommend this style) with patacones (tostones), rice and tomato salad. Make sure you get the little green lemon with the orange interior to squeeze over it.
