No, it doesn’t take like chicken! But it doesn’t taste like beef or pork either. Llama, when prepared well, is a tender cut of meat. Ordering llama will inevitably lead to many jokes from your Spanish speaking dining companions, my favorite being “Pobre Llama. Ya no llama” (Poor llama…it can no longer talk).
