Llama, wild boar and deer smoked ham

In Chile they have taken smoked ham to a whole new level. In most parts of the world, smoked ham would mean pork meat, but in Chile they are curing the meats of local animals, such as wild boar, deer and llama. Definitely stronger flavors than the regular pork ham, richer darker meat. Interesting savory appetizer best enjoyed with Chilean red wine.
