Cumin, which is a commonly used spice in Colombian dishes, is what makes this soup so flavorful and difficult to forget. The cilantro and lime are great additions, and the avocado comes on the side along with rice, both of which can be added to the soup. Aji picante is what completes the spice and flavor of the soup and is added last.
