Mangrove iced tea

Submitted by piggybackrideaz
Red Mangrove Restaurant & Sushi Bar
Av. Charles Darwin, Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz Island, Galapagos

For those that think regular lemon iced tea is too boring, here's a great alternative! This iced tea is made from mangrove leaves, plentiful in the seaside areas of the Galapagos Islands. With a touch of lemon and plenty of ice, this beverage is incredibly refreshing and a perfect cooling-down method after a day out exploring the islands.
