The beef and other barbecue meats, lamb, chicken, pork were all cooked au natural, with only a sprinkling of sea salt to enhance the natural flavors. An unbelievable variety of meats. The best BBQ I've ever eaten, and I've been to the best bbq restaurants in 35 states! The smoke from the 15 barbecue restaurants inside the building was heaven-scent
