Chivito

Uruguayans refer to Chivito as their national dish. While it means "little goat," Chivito is a sandwich of thinly sliced filet mignon, ham, cheese, olives, egg, bacon, and mayonnaise, although variations exist. Legend says an Argentine client requested goat and was served Chivito. If you pile that much on a sandwich, it’s hard to say what’s in it!
