This meal was an example of contemporary Californian Cuisine perfected. All ingredients locally sourced and uber fresh. The rabbit sausage was very tasty and the polenta magnificently creamy. Unfortunately/fortunately Bar Agricole’s menu changes frequently to keep up with what’s seasonal, so you better go soon to get the rabbit!
