Being a first time bagel eater, this definitely didn’t put the name to shame. Wrapped in a freshly made bagel (can choose from a wide selection of on-site-made bagels – this one was a sesame seed bagel), basil pesto lined each side, complemented by creamy avocado, spinach, roast tomato and the best part, chicken schnitzel. Perfect breakfast.
