Shrimp grits are a staple of South Carolina’s traditional low country food. Anson’s Restaurant flavors the grits with shrimp stock and bacon drippings, and sprinkles scallions and roasted tomato throughout. It doesn’t sound like much, but it is a bowl of comfort. Delicious!
