This Alabama Gulf Coast regional cocktail is a mix of rums, coffee liquer, chocolate syrup, and ice cream. Local variations include creme of coconut, kahlua, and/or a float of additional rum. Be sure to mix it up or you’ll get an initial sip of straight rum that’s settled to the bottom… or maybe you like that sort of thing!
