This is an amazing and unique regional hot dog style with origins as a late-night college food South of the Border. It's a bacon-wrapped hot dog smothered in mayo, jalapeño sauce, hot sauce, full pinto beans, chopped tomato, onion and cotija cheese all on a locally made bolillo (Mexican hot dog bun). Amen!!!
