Pliny the Elder is hard to get, which may have contributed to its status as the holy grail of IPAs. This imperial IPA has about 95 international bitterness units and an alchohol content of 8.5% Those numbers may seem extreme, but Pliny is so incredibly smooth that each sip leaves you craving for more. The hype is justified.
