This creamy cloud of vanilla was churned and frozen just moments ago, right before my eyes, at unique Smitten Ice Cream's laboratory-like parlor. They use liquid nitrogen machines to instantly freeze their Sonoma-sourced Beretta Dairy's cream; moments later is a bowl of ice-cold fluffiness decorated with San Francisco's TCHO chocolate sauce. Sweet!
