A quaint bakery in a (practically) one-street town, Sopp & Truscott makes everything in-house, but the No. 1 reason to stop here when driving between Denver & the mountains is the amazing fresh bread loaves, in varieties like Asiago & Italian herbs, rosemary garlic, and jalapeno cheddar. Open Sun-Thu, but sometimes there's bread & an honor box outside when closed.
