While not the most authentic of the Chicago-style dogs, Superdawg makes a good one. A Chicago dog is a Vienna all-beef hot dog in a steamed poppyseed bun, topped with Chicago-style neon green relish, mustard, diced onions, tomato wedges, pickle spears, sport peppers and celery salt.
