This is the Alligator Hash, Shrimp & Grits and a bloody mary - Of all the meals we had, this was one of our favorites!. I was hesitant to try the Alligator Hash, but it was amazing! It was our first meal in NOLA and it fit what we were looking for. Totally local, and absolutely delicious!
