Bacon toasted in pralines - it's kinda of incredible. The praline is akin to a caramel basting, creating a dish that is a clash of salty bacon deliciousness with creamy sweetness. I suspect that praline bacon is probably not good for your waistline, but you gotta try these things once, right?
